Red light on router

Hi  my router has a permanent red light on it. The wifi is working but I'm bit concerned to why its went from white to red. I have reset and unplugged several times but just goes back to red. Any advice please? 

  • Hi there seems to be a few of us with this problem.  I have asked for a replacement and have been contacted by VM via email.

  • hi same problem for over a week. I have no other problems though. No loss of connection, no over heating. Was told by customer services on 150 its a software glitch after a recent update, nothing to worry about. Won't give a new router until mine breaks.

    Confusingly one the Mods on here disagrees and says its problem and some one will contact me. No one has. I wish VM would get its customer services act together. Customer services before Liberty Media was exemplary. Been a Customer for over 15 years.
