Red light on router

Having the same problem as many others.  Red light on constantly for several days.  Warm at the top of the Hub. Have tried everything suggested by/to other people.  Needing a new Hub?

    Thanks for your post. 
    Sorry to hear about the issue with your hubs showing a red light
    I can look into this for you and arrange a replacement.

    In the meantime can you please ensure the hub is well ventilated and away from any direct source of heat.
    If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.

  • Thanks Gareth.  Only found a Logo on the top left of my screen - that took me through to a page 'How can we help'.  What now?

      Thanks for popping back to us. I'm sorry to hear you've not been able to access your private messages. You should be able to see the message that Gareth sent by tapping the white envelope in the top right, or if you're on a mobile/smaller device, you may need to tap your Profile Picture and select "Messages".
