Red light on router permanently on

Hi - my router has started misbehaving today and now displays a permanent red light. I am still getting broadband but my download speed has reduced to almost half normal speed. I have tried all of the recommended reset options but nothing has changed. Please advise...

    Do please advise us if you require any further issues and once again, please avoid duplicate postings as this can cause duplicate action and potentially also cause delays in getting issues resolved too.

      Please don't criticise me for duplicate postings - I was desperately seeking help and nobody on your side seemed bothered to respond. I have now ordered a new router because the current one is clearly defective.

  • By the way, reading many other postings this seems like an inherent problem with the Hub 3?

      Sorry to hear of the permanent red light on your router and thanks for trying all you can to resolve this matter in your own time and space.

      Do please avoid duplicate posting via our Forums on the same subject as this can result in multiple users working on the same issue.
