Red light on Hub3
I’ve had a solid continuous red light on my virgin media hub 3 for a couple of weeks now. I called virgin media and got some advice about resetting the wifi router with a pin, taking out the wires and plugging them back in again which I did but unfortunately the continuous red light is still showing. I am worried because I have read that if the red light does not go then there’s an overheating problem and in the end the hub will just burn out, leaving me with no service. I’ve also been having issues with my WiFi which drops on a regular basis.
