Red light on hub3

Hi VM team,

My hub has been showing a red light for a while. I have tried resetting,, turning off and disconnecting the leads then waiting for an hour before reconnecting the leads and turning on. All that happens is the hub goes through all the connection process showing green lights and then once connected the light turns red. The hub doesn't feel that hot tbh. WiFi is very poor around the house and the VM connect app keeps telling me I'm not at home so won't check anything. I think I need a new hub and a WiFi booster. I WFH and the poor WiFi signal is very frustrating as my video calls freeze and drop out.

    I'm sorry to hear there's a red light on the hub, and that you're having some issues with the WiFi.
