Red light on Hub

My Hub 3 has had a red light for months and I have no internet connection. When I call or go online with Virgin Media they say it’s working, but it’s not. I have numerous times reset the Hub and it doesn’t help. I have turned the Hub off for hours and it doesn’t help. Is it not possible to get a new Hub?
