Red Light on Hub 3

I have a red light on the Hub 3, permanently on. I have attempted all the recommended remedial processes, checking connections, power on and off, it's not running too hot. 

Any other remedies? New box required?

    P;ease do a pin-hole reset of the hub. If the red LED persists after this the hub will need replacing.

  • Hey cyberleech, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear you are having some issues with a red light.

    Let me send you a DM and we will look into this, in the meanwhile please try these steps;

    • Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

    • Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.

    • Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
