Re: Permanent red light on router

My sister has the same red light problem and Virgin have sold her as long as her internet is working she should just ignore the red light. Can you help please?

    We're sorry to hear that there seems to be an issue with your sister's Hub. A red light can indicate that the Hub may be overheating, so there's some checks we need to carry out first before arranging for an engineer to visit and check it out.

    Can you please confirm if:

    • The Hub is in a clear and open space
    • If the Hub has been rebooted recently
    • The Hub is upright and well ventilated
