Re: My Virgin Media: Introducing the updated app

Post outside our property doesn't have a top/cover on anymore... So all wires exposed, not great ... Assume vandalised?  It is the short stump post that contains cables which then lead into our property... The post sits at top of our front garden, steps up from front door... Address [removed]

    Post a photo for the forum staff to pass on to the relevant department 

     

  • It's probably not a good idea to put your address on the open Internet for all to see. I'd delete it if I were you and wait for a member of staff to send you a PM to discuss the matter further.

      I have directly with virgin and will deal with them direct.
