My Virgin Media: Introducing the updated app

We want to help you get the best out of your life with Virgin Media, so we’ve made our app even better. Now you can stay on top of your broadband, TV, home phone and mobile accounts, all in one place, wherever and whenever you like.

Have a broadband, TV and home phone package with us? With a simple tap or swipe, you can check your package or see a summary of your bill.

If things aren’t working as they should, the app lets you check your service status (and if there are issues, see the date and time they’ll be fixed). You can also use it to track and manage your installation, service and QuickStart order.

Have mobile with us? Load up the app to check your mobile allowances, keep tabs on your mobile usage and even control how much extra you want to spend outside your plan.

  • When will VM update the CONNECT app to accord with Hub4? Still waiting after about 12 months.

    According to my recent app update for the connect app it shouls work with the super hub 4. But all i get as an error message saying "Modem not compatible)

  • The connect app is now compatible with my Hub4. This is in router mode. Are you trying to connect in modem mode? I’m not sure that will work.
