Please help

Hoping that someone can help me i can’t go through customer services again. I am disabled and seriously ill . I have a flag on my account. I live in one of the bedrooms as i need to be in bed most of the time. I’ve just signed up to Virgin again after being away for 18 months. The wrong kit was sent to me and absolutely rely on my WiFi cameras to see who’s at the door and to communicate with them . I was left like that for 5 days no WiFi no tv. Thank god a great engineer came on Monday with the correct kit. I wish that customer service people was like the engineers. Last time i had virgin i needed 2 WiFi pods as i have a huge chimney breast in the middle of my house. I have tried to do the scan with the app on my phone but every time i go in the 2 back bedrooms it drops out of WiFi and goes onto 4g so can’t complete the scan. If anyone listens to the calls I’ve made since last Thursday and all the lies i was told like the engineer will be here in 4 hours then 6 hours then he will call you in 1 hour plus all the promises of call backs that never came. I need 2 pods and am sure someone could check that i had them 18 months ago and need them again now. Please could someone help i can’t face going through all this again with customer service

You should put a pod in your bedroom and, crucially, it must connect by Ethernet cable to the hub downstairs. I strongly suggest you get in an electrician to run that cable before the pod(s) arrive.
