Password invalid
I can’t reset my password. It keeps saying invalid no matter what combination of passwords I try. I have seen shed loads of people on here with the same problem and have tried all the tricks the reply from Virgin has suggested!

Which password are you trying to reset ?
What do you think the length and composition rules are ?Hi, the one to manage my broadband.
between 8-64 characters, not contain username and can only use some of the special characters.- Daniel_Et
