Packet Loss

I've been having sporadic 100% packet loss in the last few weeks, most notably today for most of the day and then again this evening.

I called the automated line and its reporting no faults.

    The link shows a total loss of service between 8am and about 4:30pm.

    Did you have a total internet service outage for that period ?
