Packet Loss from around 8pm each night
For the past 2 weeks, I have been getting packet loss from around 8pm onwarsds this occurs every night but not at the same time. The internet is fine from the morning up to this time and I did have a engineer come out and replace our router but the issue persists even with that.
The router status page is showing this in the Network Log tab:

The virgin media status page does show an intermittent issue in the area but I cannot find any more details than that or if there is a fix being implemented.
