Packet Loss from around 8pm each night

For the past 2 weeks, I have been getting packet loss from around 8pm onwarsds this occurs every night but not at the same time. The internet is fine from the morning up to this time and I did have a engineer come out and replace our router but the issue persists even with that.

The router status page is showing this in the Network Log tab:

[MOD EDIT: MAC address]

The virgin media status page does show an intermittent issue in the area but I cannot find any more details than that or if there is a fix being implemented.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply, I will do that tonight as it only happens in the evening. I did check on the router status and the upstream channels produce T3 errors and a few T4.

    I suspect packet loss as the internet itself doesn't fully drop out but I get errors such as the below in games:

    The Virgin Media Status Page is also now showing that there is a broadband issue in the area so I will keep an eye on that and hope the issue is resolved when that is fixed.
