Packet loss creeping in

I have started getting some packet loss throughout the day in the last couple of weeks (since the modem updated to the latest firmware actually).

I am running modem mode and I have also noticed that my downstream is getting a few pre-rs errors as well (when it hardly used to get any)..

I don't seem to be getting many issues other than sometimes a slow page load but I wondered if someone could take a look.. and yes I say again I am running in modem mode. no errors in the log either.

      Thanks for the reply message responded to. And as a note if you want to run tests I cant do router mode for a while as I need to be using the set up I have to be able to work from home till after Christmas. Strange today (reboot of my own router on a weekly cycle at 5am) the packed loss has gone but the signal looks weired

    I replied and went to router mode as instructed but had nothing back from you. I am going to have to go back to modem mode but don't know whether you have done these 'tests'. please advise ASAP.

    Engineer Holly found no issues with any levels (or the downstream as was suggested by Akua_A and the reason for the visit) suspision is being levelled at a network event going on.. So nothing done at my property and no doubt nothing will be done with her networks team request.
