Not getting 1gb speed (100mbs at most)

I've had 1gb for a couple of months but i hardly ever get it. At most I get 100mbs.
If I restart the modem I get 1gb for a some hours and then it reverts to 100mbs

I have a superhub 5 which is connected im modem mode. My router is a Unify DM.

Not what I paid for....

Loads of errors in the log. I tried to paste all the messages in the thread, but my post was deleted as spam. Let me know how I can get the error logs posted?

    So this:

How to get stats from a VM hub (no need to logon to the hub)

Open a web browser and go to 192.168.0.1 router mode or 192.168.100.1 modem mode

    • Click on the “> Check router status” button
    • Click on the “Downstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply, do not take a screen shot
    • Click on the “Upstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply
    • Click on the “Networking” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply.
      • Do NOT post photos or screen shots they will be rejected as they contain MAC addresses. The board software will automatically change MAC addresses to **:** if done as above.

The OP has another thread on this topic showing all Downstream Power Levels are far too high.
