Noisy WiFi pods

Hi

Both my WiFi pods have been getting noisy... Buzzing so loudly that my houseguests turned it off in the bedroom. Also get pretty warm. Turning off and back on solves the noise issue for a short while but then it starts up again

    Disconnect both VM Pods ASAP to avoid any thermal damage to sockets / decor.

    Phone Customer Services and have both VM Pods replaced.

    Expect to return the existing VM Pods & to be charged if you are unable to do that.

    As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.  

    I would suggest you unplug the Pods when you are not around as they are getting hot. It's sounds as if you need new Pods really.
