No broadband for 3 days N10

Network went down Monday at 4pm.  Told would be back today at 3pm.   Now updated to 3pm Friday.  How is this possible?  And how wide is the outtage?  What can go wrong that takes 4 days to fix and how can this be acceptable for a network so many rely on?  Zero communication, apology or explanation from Virgin.  Terrible.

It's acceptable because that's VM's terms of service for a residential service. No guarantees of time to fix.

You get compensation after the first two days without service.

  • Hello schsmith,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you were having with your connection. I have looked further into this and can see that there is an SNR issue in your area and the current estimated fix time is 3pm on Friday April 5th.

Are you suffering from a total loss of service at the moment or are you having intermittent problems?

    Kind Regards,
