Virgin media broadband customer but email account being closed in 30 days

Hi, I have received an email from Virgin Media saying "As you no longer have Virgin Media services, your Virgin Media address will become inactive" but I have an active Virgin Media Broadband account. This is clearly incorrect but the email has no way for me to get in touch to resolve this. How can I get in touch and what can be done?
