Newly installed equipment
Had equipment Installed this morning. Engineer said there's an issue with the outside line and will get a second team to come and fix it.
Second team arrived some hours later and supposedly fixed the issue and left. I'm still left with no internet, the hub is flashing red. Rang virgin and they've stated it can take upto 24 hours to activate. Does this ring true? Every other ISP has activated as soon as the equipment is set up.
Thoughts?
