New router needed

Hi, I’ve recently been having some problems with my router (Superhub 3). It’s been periodically kicking all devices off it. A few mins later the network appears again but won’t auto connect the devices back onto it again. (after turning WiFi off and on again on each device) the devices will connect. 

the dropouts have been happening more and more often over the last few weeks. I’ve tried resetting the hub, only using 2.4, only using 5ghz, using both. Changing the channels etc. 

can VM get in touch by PM so I can get a replacement hub. If I need to pay for one sent out that’s fine & if it’s one of the newer hubs that’s also fine. I’m tech savvy enough to install it myself 🙂

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your hub. Before we can look at a replacement, we would need to run diagnostics to determine if a new hub is the correct resolution. We'd love to take a look in to things but have been unable to locate you on our systems using your forum credentials. 🙁 We will need to confirm some information with you in order for us to proceed with checks.
