New Hub 3 red light ………

Got the pretty red light on a recently replaced Hub 3. Speed is down by 60%. Contacted VM got a text back with a link. Followed the link without success. Called VM and spoke to call handler. They carried out some tests, did a factory reset etc but still the same. Have a tech coming over in the morning between 8-noon. 

I will try to remember to post outcome. Area 31 although it often feels like Area 51 😆😆😆😆

    We're sorry to hear that you're having an issue with the red light on your hub. As you've already got an engineer visit booked, we'll leave this for now. They will investigate and check the hub during the visit and replace if needed.
