New 1 gig customer, spent a full working day trying to get pods and going nowhere

I have tried to use your whatsapp service since 17/01/24. As its one week later I should have been able to order 2 pods.
I have spent a full working day on your whatsapp chat trying to order a pod and was assured that a black one to match hub 5 / Gig 1 would be sent on two ocassions. On the first it was agreed to do it straight away, on the second I had to submit a speed test. I don't trust your customer service so went online again today to be told that nothing was on the system?
The system did prompt an engineer visit to sort out a non existent problem a few days, where I was warned by text I would be (quite rudely) charged £25 if not available during a 12-4pm window. He eventually turned up at around 6.10pm. I had to stay at home for a full 6 hours.
Please can you expedite 2 black hubs to my address ASAP. I have 3 people working from home.
You are completely wasting my time.
