Network flaky after being fixed

A broken splitter led to me being offline for 6 days, that's been fixed but my network seems to be a little sporadic, I get drop outs on Google Meets and Zoom and music streaming through Roon is patchy. Could someone take a look at my Hub 4 stats and let me know if they're "normal"? Thank you in advance!

This was 24 hours after getting back online with no reboot, thanks for the feedback - very much appreciated! I’m gonna reboot everything and see how I get on. Cheers!

      Hello gregorcaldock,

Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connections at the moment.

I've looked into your account and can see that there is an issue with your downstream power levels being too high for a stable connection. We would need to arrange an engineer visit to have them resolve the issues. I can arrange the appointment from here but would need to confirm a few details via a private message, that I will drop over in a moment. Please look out for the private message and we can get started.
      Kind Regards,
      Steven_L

Your downstream levels are marginally high and need to be corrected but I'll be surprised if that's the cause of your problems.

Are these devices connected by WiFi, or do ethernet connections suffer the same?
