my hub 3 has continuous red light

I need a new hub I think if you can get an engineer to call?

I've tried all suggestions already on similar posts, my hub isn't boxed in or even getting hot, it's not in direct sunlight either, but is showing red light meaning it's got problems, I've had it quite a few years now, all wires have been tested, been reset, turned off for a while and rebooted, still the same nothing cures it.

Pleased can admin private message with best solution or get me engineer appointment, I've just had a major operation and don't want to be on phone to India for hours...

  • This has been solved, I contacted chat bot got through to technician who ordered me new hub due to mine being obviously faulty. Must be a common fault as they get older.. they are switched on 24/7 365 days a year so anything electrician running for that length similar to this is normal to develop faults
