Modem Hub overheating

My modem is still working however red light showing as l think it is over heating. Would like to order a new one. Tried calling however when test run connection is okay so l can't progress. Can you help?

    Please confirm it’s a Hub3. Do a pin hole reset and if the red LED still shows then the hub will need replacing.

      Yes it is a hub 3. Reset doesn't change the red light

        This is usually just an LED error, but it's always best to err on the side of caution. If you've performed a pinhole reset and the red light remains, then we would need to book an engineer to investigate further.     Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your hub at the moment. As Tudor has asked, would you be able to confirm the model of your hub? Is it a hub 3?
