Lotto app has been working ok until Saturday.

Good morning, I have the same issue. 
I joined VM in January; Lotto app has been working ok until Saturday. 
I have checked my settings and nothing has changed. 
is there any other suggestions please

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear you also cannot get onto the National Lottery app. 

    If you have IOS, they have recently done a few security updates. Ensure your Apple Relay is disabled on your Apple device itself. 

    If you're still having issues, are you able to log into the National Lottery website through a browser, rather than the app?

      Hi Carly. 
      I’ve tried turning the Private Relay off - this did not work. 
      I’ve also tried to access the website via a browser - this didn’t work either
