rebooted and the same
changed DNS no joy
router diagnostic says there is a problem

Yep same issue here as well.
Virgin told me that there's a fault with the 5x router and it's awaiting a firmware update, but this is totally unacceptable
Are we all on 5x because there are quite a few people on twitter saying they have no internet but don’t mention the router?
The VM subreddit suggests London has fallen
I'm in West Sussex and no internet. The live TV still works
Same here in se6, no WiFi solid white light, next available for engineer is in 5 days, useless honestly no WiFi for the next 5 days i guess

Becoming all too common in BR3 areas. I keep losing mine daily and or router falls over. Very tiresome.
