Issues with WiFi after reconnecting
So having had multiple problems with virgin I got reconnected only for the internet to not work and I’m wondering what happened this is a mess I’ve reset it but I have no option to in the app

It's not clear what you mean. Is this a new connection? Have you just received the equipment? Much more information please.
