Is 1m or less pre-terminated coax cable for between wall outlet and hub 5 please?

Hi,

Just wanted to try a pre-terminated VM coax cable between our white interior wall outlet and our Hub 5 (in modem mode) in the hall (doesn't do any Wi-Fi duties obviously blush) as just wanted to cross it off my list of possible locations for a poor connection (existing cable was engineer fitted in 2011 and regularly checked its tightly screwed up)?

    Probably worth an engineer visit to cover both your request and the issues in the stats.

    When was the last time you rebooted the HUB?

    The downstream power levels are a touch high (-6 to +10 dBmV is considered in spec).

    There are way too many errors on the some downstream, as well as TX timeouts on the upstream channels.
