Intermittent internet, mostly noticed in the evenings

Hello.  Over the last month we have experienced intermittent internet connectivity.  It's noticed mostly during the evenings.  I work from home during the day, and would notice a loss of internet.  

During the event, streaming services stop on our TV or android box, and I notice my phone switches to 4G.  

I'm not 100% sure how to read the hub diagnostics, so I'm uploading them here.  

Can anyone assist?

      Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear that you are having issues with your service. Can we ask are you still having the same issues or have you been able to resolve them? If you require further assistance, please run a test removing any and all third party equipment and ensure that your ethernet connection and Wi-Fi settings are correct and active.

      Please post the results so we can take a look.

  • Downstream channels 2 and 3 are struggling a bit but otherwise I have seen worse. Maybe set up a BQM to further monitor your connection (the link is below). 

  • The issue happened again on 4th Jan.  I've been away so I don't know what it's been like between xmas and new years.

    The downstream errors seem to be increasing quite a bit:
