Intermittent Connection

I've been getting intermittent connection issues the past few weeks. I'm losing my virtual desktop connection. The broadband monitor shows it's dropped out and latency is spiky.

Up until September, I had a great connection. I managed to negotiate a discount in September on the same package (1Gb). Coincidence I'm sure.

      I am. I have the pods. Might try to hardwire to see if it still happens.

    It ended up being an issue at the server end and not a local problem. However, Virgin did discover an issue with one of my pods, which was degrading performance in some areas of the house.
