Intermittent connection issues, post RS and uncorrectable errors on router

Hi,

Have had Virgin media out three times regarding this. They eventually replaced the cable to the running from the box in the street to the house (but not the internal cables). It has improved slightly with total disconnects being less frequent, but the values shown below from the router indicate issues still. He also attenuated the cable at the router.

This is only approx 1 week uptime following a factory reset and every channel already has 20 - 50 Post-RS errors. The 3.1 downstream is also a huge number or correctable and uncorrectable errors.

What can be done about this?

    Are there any issues listed on our status page - https://www.virginmedia.com/help/check/status pop the surname of the account holder and also the postcode in. Any issues will be shown and you can also run a fault test on your equipment.
