£25 might be less that it will cost for the trunking materials !
Seems reasonable to me.
If the cable was not properly installed by VM, you shouldn't have to pay to put in right.

Thanks for posting, when installing the engineer would ask where you'd like the hub placed. £25 is the standard charge if you then decide to move the equipment.
