The link below should show ...
1) the ISP as Virgin Media Limited
2) the IPv6 not populated

Hi I have the same issue. Checked the whatismyipaddress site and all looks ok. Anyone got any suggestions on next steps? I have spoken to Netflix and they say it’s a problem with your ISP, hence I am posting here.

Btw, connected via mobile data and no issue so definitely suggests something is happening at the ISP.

Same issue here. Virgin say it’s Netflix and Netflix says it’s ISP. Not been able to use Netflix on any device for over two weeks yet expected to pay Netflix subscription. Works fine on mobile data so ISP is the issue

All devices. TV, iPad iPhone. Works fine on mobile data but not when connected to ISP. Uninstalled and reinstalled and same issue

I get the same and also blocked content. When on mobile data all is fine so it's obvious isp related. No VPN used and happens on every device connected through WiFi.

Hello madnlooney,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment. Have you tried to reboot or pinhole reset of your router since the issues started? This can sometimes resolve the issues that you're experiencing.
Kind Regards,
