I have red light on my hub 3 router

Like other Superhub users it looks like I have the constant red light on my hub. I have tried the on and off and the reset but to no avail. The Hub is not that hot and the onboard diagnostics say the temp is ok. I can't really turn it off at night due to central heating, etc linked through the hub. If it is an overheating problem how do I go about repair/replacing it.

    If the red LED persists after a pinhole reset, the Hub should be swapped out. This red LED is the overheat warning and should be working correctly. If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.

      Thanks for your comment, looking forward to get some support. As you said, I think my hub 3 router needs to be replaced.

        Sorry to hear of the issues with the hub and the solid red light on the base of the router.

        Appreciate the attempts to remedy this issue, and will therefore pick this up to assist you in getting the hub swapped for a like for like replacement.
