I have no broadband for 3 days

I had engineer visit today who didn't manage to solve it and I didn't get any feedback or correspondence to tell me what to do next

Moreover I am not able to book another visit.

    We're really disappointed to hear of both the service issues and that an engineer visit didn't resolve this, we appreciate you raising it via the forums. Welcome to the community.

     

    It's been a few days since your post, what did the engineer advise during the visit and did they explain why the issue couldn't be resolved? They should have advised of the next steps or offered a resolution.

     

    Have you spoken to the team since your post at all to chase this up?
