I have devices persistently attached to the router even after a factory reset …

This has been going on for a while .. After multiple factory resetting(s) I phoned the help desk who cut the line off as we had gone past 20:00 gmt.

we have upgraded from our old account and with in days we had these devices again persistently connected to the new router hub 5. Our local machines are being poked and prodded and with some successes. All of our WiFi and router passwords etc… are 15 characters upper and lower / numbers and specials. So none of these are weak passwords and yet we might as well allow blank passwords. I have some evidences these people have caused me to suspend 4 websites as I realised they could see what was being typed … via iPad, iPhone, and windows 11 machines. Each can be restarted if they don’t like what’s being typed yet we are constantly told iPhone etc … can’t be hacked. I am also tracked by location services also have evidences for proof. Am truly getting fed up with devices I can’t kick off our net work and machines doing things I am told shouldn’t. Mostly I want my network and life back.
