I have a WiFi pod which I cannot setup due to the app not working.

 

I too keep having this issue. I have a WiFi  pod which I cannot setup due to the app not working. When you call tech support they ask you to open the app and start a diagnostics (the app does not work) yes I have tried re-installing the app I have even tried on an other device. I’m getting bored of the LACK OF SUPPORT from VM.

    Sorry to hear of the issue with the app, from the system checks it was down to a new hub so I'll send you a PM now to ensure all is sorted :).
