I do not see a hot spots option on my VM Connect app
I have downloaded the Virgin Media Connect app, but do not see a hot spots option. I checked my profile and shows that I am opted in for using my home wi-fi as a hot spot

Thank you for reaching back out, when running checks Via your Connect App, are there areas in the property where you do not get a connection or very little?

The Hotspots service was discontinued in November.
