Hub4 vibrating and rattling
Hi I have a Hub 4 that is 3 years old and its starting to.vibrate and.make a rattle.noise and gets hot and when i pick it up i can feel like the vibrating motor or something can someone help me replace this

Call VM customer services and report the Hub 4 fan motor fault.
It could be days if ever before a VM Mod responds via this forum.- Steven_L

Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your router at the moment.
The sound that your hearing and what your feeling could be the fan working extra hard. Is your router in a well ventilated area and away from any obstructions?
