Hub4 keeps disconnecting and disappears sometimes at least 2 times a day

Hi

my hub 4 keeps disconnecting and disappears sometimes at least 2 times a day I have been through most troubleshooting threads my setup is hub 4 running a twin decos I have had this on sky internet and no problems so can not understand wit the problem is will be going back if not sorted help here

    What happens to the lights on the Hub 4 at this time ?

    How long does the disconnection last ?

      still keep disappearing if I want to use the Wi-Fi on the hub4
