Hub dropping out heck of a lot lately ???

When it does all phones and streaming services cease !

I have to disconnect hub from mains every time which resets it but it is almost happening daily, I have noticed it very infrequently in the past, any ideas what's doing this as it is interfering with so much ?

        Are you referring to the firmware version or if an update is available? You can access the Hub UI by typing 192.168.0.1 into the address bar of a browser and then using the 'settings password' from the sticker on the back or base of the Hub.

        Firmware updates are usually sent automatically when available.

  • Mu Hub 4 drops wifi connection of various connected devices on almost a weekly basis for no good reason I can see. Any suggestions? 

  • My hub 3 drops out about once a week and I am getting fed up of restarting it and everything that is connected to it. How do I get a replacement?

    We’re sorry to hear of the issue with the services. How’re things looking at the moment?

    We've been able to review the local area and no outages appear to be present.

    When the service issue is apparent, do both wired and wireless connections go down?

  • Yes, and it affects the telephone too which is through the hub
