Re: Hub 5x Outage and Firmware Update

We had an outage last week Thursday for a day - I have a 5x Hub im also  7.8.3-2410.5 ( not sure when it changed 

Its come back up but since

Roblox 207 error xbox and Mobile
Teams Calls Poor Network and keeps frezing 
Downloading files Netwqrk Error

Only works with VPN or DMZ on xbox

Wasnt the best internet before but now unuseable - surfing web about it 

Check service issues doesnt say anything 
Call Up and they said due to the outage there is still some issues 
Called next day and they said all sorted - after grumbling for 20min - oh yes known issue with this network that uses 5X and working on it

PLEASE VIRGIN can we have transparent updates can you update me when its sorted 
Logged a complaint and nothing

So fed up time to leave - Lightspeed or Youfibre
