Hub 5. Red flashing light. Reset didn't work.

Hi,

Woke up this morning to no internet. HUB 5, red flashing light. Reset started with white flashing light then turns to red flashing light after a minute or so.

I've checked all connections. Any help appreciated please.

      Hi,

      I checked the service outages via phone and online, not showing as any in my area.

        Hello CLG91,

        Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment. 

        I have looked into this and can see that your connection is missing some of your downstream and upstream channels, this is the likely cause of the issues that you're experiencing and will need an engineer visit to resolve the issues.
