Hub 5 - won’t unpause!

The connect app won’t let me unpause any devices - keep getting error message come up. Customer service said they are working on a solution, but I have an angry teenager that wants her phone back on 😂

Anyone have any ideas? I cannot access guest Wi-Fi for some reason or the 192. Page

  • Update - tried to factory reset & still connected to original devices.

    Login to the Hub menu and then remove all Wi-Fi MAC Filtering entries
    and remove all Security MAC Filtering entries. 

    Depending on the model of VM Hub these settings will be found in the Wireless Security and in the Security menus i.e. in 2 places.
