There are hundreds of posts on this exact issue ...
1) Uninstall the Connect app from every device in your home.2) Press RESET on the Hub 4 for 60 seconds - then leave the Hub 4 powered on to revert to the shipping condition.
3) Do not re-install the Connect app or you will rapidly end up with a Hub 4 in the same failed menu situation.
