Hub 3 power light flashing

The power light on my Hub 3 has been flashing. The wifi light is green. There is no shortage in my area, I checked multiple times. I disconnected and connected all  the cables 10 times, over the past 24 hours. Everything seems to be plugged  correctly. I have been using it for over a year. The hub seems to be offline, maybe faulty? Booked an engineer for today, but they never showed up. Called customer support but it just keeps telling me how to re-install the device.. The sms they send me has a link that is always expired. What should I do? Awful, just dreadful customer service! Please help

    If there is a known local issue, all Tech visits are auto-cancelled - so check again on the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.
