Hub 3 no signs of life.

I need to order a replacement hub. I have tested the hub at a different socket and tested the power lead (lead is fine). Held down the reset button but this relic of a hub won't come to life. Can someone sort a replacement hub please. preferably a more up to date one. I believe hub 5 is in use at the moment.

  • Just tried the hub again and it's working now. 

  • 20 mins later it's died again. Although, the hub it coming back on, I cannot put up with this sort of connection.

    Turn it off and call it is as a dead Hub 3.  

    The more dead it looks the quicker VM will agree to replace it.

    I think my Hub 3 is not working properly as it is showing a solid red light more than 36 hours now. They told me to check back after 24 hours, and it's still the same. Virgin Media - can you sort it out to get it replaced please.
