Hub 3 issues

My hubs loosing connection to some device while one right next to it are fine . I have rebooted it and it works OK for 20 min then the same thing happens.  It is not always to same devices that have the problem.

    Reboot the Wi-Fi devices as they appear to be the ones dropping off the Hub.

      I have done but it's not the same devices which loose connection each time ,sometimes tv sometime tablet but other devices work laying next to them

        I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue with your service and thank you again for posting. I have checked and I can see that there is an outage in your area currently that may be effecting your service. This is due to be resolved today at 10am. 

        Are you able to let us know how things are looking for you after this outage has been resolved?

    Our Hub 3's Wi-Fi is stable with "Smart Wi-Fi" disabled and use of fixed Wi-Fi channels on both bands,
    we also disabled the older Wi-Fi modes that are not required ( i.e. we have no pre 2009 Wi-Fi kit in service requiring 802.11 a b g )
